Since I have let over a year go by without posting here, it got me to thinking over the past year. Still living in my town home, which I love. Don't know if I will be here another year, though. The only thing that stays the same is change. One thing that doesn't change is my sweetheart. Highlight on that front was flying over Bellingrath Gardens to see the Christmas lights from 1,000 feet!
Did the 20 Pages project with the Mobile Arts Council, and Val Webb. It was exhibited at their downtown Mobile gallery, as well as the O'keefe Gallery in Mississippi and the Fairhope Library. Too much fun.
My precious granddaughter, Keenan Rae was born this year. Such a blessing! And her other grandmother had only 9 days to enjoy her, before joining the angels in heaven. Heartache, endless heartache. Miss DD Sunshine was another blessing for what little time we had with her.
Great memories in the year with friends from "Fairhope Favorites!" And wonderful co-workers at Dealers Auto Auction.
Best of all - my time with grandson Logan and his Dad, and my daughter Carla and her husband Terry.
Missing Kenny and Liz, and baby Keenan, who moved to Long Island in time to get zapped by Hurricane Sandy.
Wow, a year boiled down to a few sentences. Am happy with life, and don't need drama to love livin' it.
